Hotel Sea View

I’m a film festival buff (IFFI) from Chennai. Travelled as a couple. We stayed in a double bed A/c room in the first floor for 3 nights. Pros: 1.Location - very close to Dona Paula beach. Pretty close to Miramar, Kala Academy and Inox. 2.Lowest room price for an A/c room during the IFFI season. 3.Spacious room with balcony. 4.Big mirror. 5.Flat tv. 6.Spacious bathroom. 7.Peaceful side of the city. Not at all noisy. 8.Enough space for parking if you’ve rented a two wheeler. 9.Hot water available. 10.Very respectful and kind staff. 11.Allowed an early checkin and delayed checkout without extra charges. 12.There are 2 restaurants next door - a non veg restaurant & a south Indian veg restaurant. You get decent food at both places. Cons: 1.Front desk is mostly empty. I guess the person incharge of reception is seated in a room in the first floor, so you need to call via phone upon arrival. 2.Room service is not available after 10pm. 3.There’s no internal phone for Room service, but instead you can ring a bell. 4.Room service didn’t offer to clean the room. We didn’t ask for it though. 5.Refrigerator is not available. So you need to buy ice cubes at shops for drinks. 6.No in-house restaurant. Cons are nothing compared to the pros of this hotel. I’d definitely recommend this place for solo, family and couple travellers.

We use to visit frequently to Goa almost every 6month .I never stayed such a disgusting hotel in my life... bathroom is full of sentipits even sentipits are trying to climb up from WC. If you stop the fan then mosquito starts biting. you can see easily cobwebs every where in the room.. staffs are not good by behavior. on my cheakout date they started calling me since morning to know that when we will be checked out. drinking water has to refill by your own. I just don't want to Wright anymore coz endless problem we faced during our stay.

Upon checking in, was told that the room waa only 1 guest that is me who booked it, informed that I booked it however for two guests, The man also asked whats the relationship between us, which no other hotels in Goa asked, upon asking for towel and soap he only provided 1, upon asking for hot water in the bathroom, he said it is no available for ur room.. It was kinda weird. finally got the hot water upon telling him we need to check out so he got a hot water bucked half filled.. room was quit good though but two seperate single beds

The hotel is situated at Dona Paula Circle making it easily accessible to travel around. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. There's a hot water supply throughout the day. The caretaker/Receptionist is very warm and welcoming and also helpful Beaches nearby are quiet, peaceful, and not crowded, unlike the popular beaches of Goa. Restaurants are close by and also a shop to rent a bike/car.
