Hotel Six Seasons

I would like to give review in different parts 1 hotel and room were new clean value for money 2 food was pathetic sabji were very oily and expensive too 3 there is no public transportation near hotel , if you r with your family I never recommend this hotel 4 Reception manager I checked in at 1.45 pm and asked for lunch he said restaurant is closed after one boy whose name was tanveer he carried my luggage I told him about nearby restaurants and he said he restaurant is open in hotel and he told to another manager who were spact and he arranged lunch for me they both are very nice and helpful and last thing on checkout time reception manager gave me bill for that lunch and he gave a rough bill ( hand made) without gst and rate were wrong in all items my actual bill is 730 and he made 800 RS bill after I told he correct bill.

Most worst experience i ever had. Bedsheet was very very dirty and teared. Booked hotel before 5 days and the room they provided was with dirty bedsheet and pillow. When i raised issue regarding dirty bedsheet, room service guy's reply was more pathetic. he said have u seen me before in this hotel? this room doesn't come under me. Then they replaced bedsheet with teared one. I wish i could give less than one rating. Bedsheet & Pillows were not clean. They replaced it with teared bedsheet. wasted our hard earned money.

hotel is superb. whole staff is very good . breakfast and dinner is also good. we stayed for 5 days in this hotel they also helped In traveling whole kashmir. all my family loved this hotel.

The property just started in this month only ,hence service is not upto the mark. Kitchen are not in fully functional, breakfast and dinner have only two three dishes no choice.
