They are unaware of Check In and Check Out time provided by goibibo. Hotel Manager following their own rules of check out at 6 AM though mentioned that was 8 AM. Staff including the manager couldn't meet up to provide basic things [ a towel / a glass of water ] which are usually provided to the customer who stayed AC DELUX ROOM. However, they are absolutely conscious to check their room property like REMOTES etc before you check out. I am okay with that but the promptness should be show always from check-in to Check out. The manager is also doubtful to the customer where the tariff was pre-paid or not . These all can be checked by themselves from their documents before welcoming any guest. The manager/owner shows such unprofessionalism when he replied that don't know about check-in/out time or payment details.

Not having elevators was a major issue, and no food because of no restaurant in hotel. No food in room allowed. 1.Not having restaurant was an issue. 2. Gate closing at 10 P.M night was an issue as no one eats and comes back from sea side within 10 P.M as it feels good to enjoy the sea and market at night. 3. Not having elevator was an issue as babies were not able to climb 4 floors,and we had to carry them in lap. 4. Nothing much to say just the rooms in this hotel and no other thing, no food,no elevators.

Hotel location is good. About 700 m from sea beach. Located inside market area. Hotel service quality is average. Rooms are very clean. It will be better if you book AC rooms in this hotel because customers booking non-AC rooms will be sent to the top floor (4th floor) even if rooms are vacant at lower floors and there's no lift facility. You'll lose half of your energy climbing stairs.

The experience was very bad.The owner's behavior is very rude.Doesn't even respect the guests.overall experience worst.i shall never come to this hotel again. Charged extra 2000rs for 2 kids. No toiletries were given not even a toilet soap. it showed a kettle was given in the picture but they didn't have any.

Don't go there..totally wastage of money....room of hotel is very small. and suffocating. no ventilation. sea beach is 800 metre which is very long for me. Bengoli food is preferred there. very suffocating place.....

Had A Satisfactory stay... WALKING DISTANCE FROM BEACH... VEG RESTAURANTS AVAILABLE NEARBY.. A BUSY AREA...AND COMFORTABLE... Life guards available in plenty at beach...Sea beach market was very lively...

They even don't have a water filter. You have to buy packaged water to drink from them. If they give you ground floor there is no network.
