We booked at Swastik Homestay but we got the room in Goa Samunder. Don't know how after booking and paying the full amount they can just shift our booking to another hotel. Thankfully the care taker Pawan helped us in adjusting with the new room. But Swastik Homestay this is not Acceptable at all. If u can't give the room u should not charge also. And u should remove the policy of non refundable amount because we were helpless we can't change the hotel so we had to adjust in Goa Samunder as we had already paid the full amount to Swastik Homestay.

Maine aaj din tak itna ganda experience kabhi nahin kiya is hotel ka staff ne checking ke samay bahut acchi baat Kri bahut hi vyavaharik se aur check out ke time bahut jyada badtamiji gali galouj ki aur maarpeet karne ki koshish ki sirf Paisa hadapne ke liye humne inke yahan se 2 scooty rent per Li thi Jaisi Li thi vaisi hi unko wapis ki check out per aur yah scooty damage ka Mudda banakar mujhse 3000 loot liye Mera flight ka time hua tha to mujhe majburan usko 3000 Dena pada. bhul se bhi is hotel mein mat Jana

horrible services no towel. no bucket mug in bathroom. even no drinking water. bedsheets were having various spots. not cleaned and washed properly. the care taker mr. ajay do not listens these needs. for water he told get it from outside. we had to buy water. we were family stay here. very very bad experience. also the property owner doesn't picked up my call. room is not as per the picture shown by goibibo. i will make yours complaints too. bad goibibo

Worst room ever... The room is completely different which is shown in the picture... No amenities available in the room. There was no Tv no table, no chair to sit, and no cupboard... The manager was so rude he said us the hot water comes with solar but we waited for 2hours still we didn't get any hot water. They argue and fight with us. management is worst...Worst experience ever.

Room is good and in big size, clean But nothing you will get from hotel except water.TV is not rechrge so not working. Nerrow entrence road for Car owner little bit difficult. They take orginal document with them for secirity purpose. Location is good,very near to main road . Difficult to find out by google map. Call to person before reaching nearby.

room service was pathetic. out of 4 light only one was working. bed was full of red ants. jet spray was not working. attendent was not ready to clean room in front of us. ac was not giving cooling . extra bedding were not provided. toiletteries were missing the worst experience we have with this room . ut spoiled whole of our trip.

experience was great we were 3 days in swastik staff is good and they support very much for travel even we rent vehicle for 2 days from them at very cheap cost staff is amazing go for it . room was very species and we enjoyed a lot in pool

good hotel at affordable price and near Calangute Beach.. hotel staff are polite and very helpful.. swimming pool was there during daytime.. I was there for a long stay of 9 days. morning evening on beach, afternoon in pool.

First they don't give you location, lastly they don't attend the call and the property which is shown on photo is not the property they give.The rooms which were allotted were in very bad shape.

Horrible and worst stay experience ever.* Broken door lock * no TV unit as shown * no mini fridge as shown * dirty walls* seepage walls.Never book this property ever.

location is little inside from main road.. property is 2 km away from Calangute beach, rooms r average and pool is small. overall average experience.
