Townhouse Majestic Inn

I came from Raipur to Chennai at 10:45 pm in hotel. I carried my id proof copy of Aadhar card which I m regularly using at Airports & other hotels. But Hotel manager or the person sitting at reception was not accepted my aadhar card & not allowed me to stay in hotel. He insulted me and given me threat to call police as I m some roudy. very unhappily & disappointedly I left the hotel & come to very good hotel with good behaved staff in this new hotel. they have accepted my aadhar card . Even at every Airport this aadhar card of mine is accepted but in this hotel that person doesn't accepted at all. This is insult of me & of our Aadhar card also which is our national identity. I hope you will take action against such hotels & such bad staff. I m expecting my money also to be returned. I m thinking to go to consumer court & also take legal action against all these. I totally mentally harrased from all these rubbish things.

worst Experience 😔Actually The Name is differentthey running Stayz inn hotel in same property I'm booked room they asked original I'd to my partner I'm said I'll give lamination I'dbut they said We are accepting only original little bit fight to receptionistafter discussing the receptionist lady asked additional amount Rs 1500 to room providing without any restrictionThey provided Room I think We will pay more money No need the Any proofs🚫 Not suitable for Family travelers

We were asked to pay extra despite paying the entire amount while booking. this receptionist was extremely rude and ruthless. He was talking with arrogance and was not willing to provide any solution and we were denied check in and were made to wait outside the hotel for almost 1 hour until we got exhausted and moved out . the same treatment was given to another guest also and they also left helplessly

they asked for extra pay around 700 and i paid that in the hotel , no amenities , tv is not worked, restroom was too bad and also bed was not clean ...
