I started calling the hotel same day morning to tell them I will be checking around 2 pm. The person gave me another number to call. That person did not attend the calls nor cared to call back. When I called him again at around 2pm to inform I will be checking around 4 pm, he told me he was sorry and that room is not available. As we had already made the payment and were late, we went there and he gave me another room. We were three and my son was given a bed to put on the floor and sleep. Also there were nobody in the hotel during the night and morning, a group of other guests were making such a huge noise it was difficult to sleep. We have difficulty in checking out as there were no person in the counter till 8.30am. While checking in the person even told me there was another room available with no bathroom door. The bathroom did not have any towel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste. The hot water was just trickling and it was taking a long time to get a bucket of hot water. At even 8.30am the breakfast was not ready.

A perfect place for weekend plans. Loved the stay, pool and breakfast. Very polite and friendly staff. Didi who does the housekeeping and cooking is so nice. The only downside I felt is that you get to book individual bedrooms in the common villa. If a large group books all the other rooms as when we stayed, you feel like you are intruders there. Perfect for a large group for booking the entire Villa.

Best location. Enjoyed swimming pool. Things to note : 1. If Ur driving car keep it in 1st gear while climbing up ;-) 2. Swimming pool looked white but dint hurt any of us. 3. Food is costly. But freshly prepared and tasty. Staffs arranged some food outside menu. 4. If Ur taking honeymoon suite please be careful with the sliding glass door. We broke it and had to pay for it.

The service was excellent.The swimming pool was well maintained.You get to see a panaromic view of vythiri from this place (swimming pool especially). The place is very close to pookode lake and lakkidi view point.

Excellent Place, Service, Hospitality, treating customers. Clam place to stay out of city pollution, noise, People, Stinks, Garbage. All fruits n vegetables are so fresh. it's amazing..

Food is really awesome and staff maintained the rooms very very clean. Pool View is beautiful. Overall enjoyed staying in this resort.
