The hotel is located in prime location in srinagar and pretty new property.The overall experience of staying in this hotel is good although i feel there are areas where things can be way better.For instance,be it buffet menu on lunch & dinner,have only one non veg item which is generally chicken.Kashmiri wazwan was not on the buffet menu during our stay.Breakfast menu is ok.They charged us for a birthday cake even thou during the check in time we mentioned that we are here to celebrate my birthday with my family.They charged us Rs 500 for missing the room key which was another thing totally unacceptable. Hospitality of the staff is top notch

It's a nice hotel.... Location is a bit out of way to an extent of around 1.5kms from mail market but otherwise its a nice property. Food menu is not huge but whatever is there is sumptuous ane finger licking. Swimming pool is under construction and Alcohol is not served inside - overall staff is good and very helpful.

Although it's a big hotel, the rooms are not the best. Don't go by the pictures. The towels were surely very worn out and dirty. Also, while booking I saw an option of free upgrade of room. What I got at the hotel was a massive downgrade!room. Went back to my original room.

It's a pathetic experience of life . Hotel maintenance zero .found cockroach in wash room lobby very un organised. Rooms carpet not cleaned . Room service not good
