room didn't have windows and hotel didn't have the dustbin,soaps and towels and duvet and it was Non AC room without ventilation points in room, Room had cockroaches roaming over and geezer was not working, dirty lines and pillows with fungus marks, Overall great app to book misery!

My experience is not at all good in Royal palace Marinarooms are very dampStaff is very unprofessional and the room amenities are very damp and dirty, cockroaches moving everywhere .Please don't go to this hotel for one day also.

The very Worst Hotel in my Life. TV not working, AC Not working, Geiser Not working, Cockroaches and Lizards. No service, No drinking water, No Ventilation, Almost a den in the forest. Please don't choose this Hotel.

seem some small cockroaches in the bed. the rooms are smelly. the location is nearby local wineshop so there will be persons drinking on the streets which is very annoying for ladies and family. ok for bachelors.
