My stay at the hotel in Manali was fantastic! The hotel itself was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms, and a spotless bathroom with constant hot water—a big plus after a day of exploring. The location was truly remarkable; we had a stunning view of the snow-capped hills from our room and a picturesque river flowing just beyond the balcony, creating a serene atmosphere. The service was impeccable; the staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly polite, always greeting us with warm smiles and attending to our needs promptly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Manali—it's a peaceful haven amidst the breathtaking beauty of the mountains.

My First Experience as I stepped into the Hotel was the Worst. The Person was sleeping on the ground behind the reception and was very Rude when asked about our bookings...didnt have any courtesy or manners to speak to his guests and the family accompanied with the guest...We had to wait for 5 hours to check inn.....When asked him, that can you give me the Owners number... He replied that I'am the Owner.... If i hadnt made the payment...i would have right away checked into another hotel...Very Difficult to get conveyance from the HotelFood was Good...And Other Staff Members were pleasant.

good location, good property.. if you book premium room with discounted price you will get standard room. they will give you basement room and they will not listen your request to shift to upper floor. complimentary pickup or drop is mentioned but you will not get it. you have to show them where it’s written then they will check.

it was amazing experience with Rustic wood hotel. Rooms were very cozy and enchanting our hearts. Cleanliness and outside view was very eye captive. It's walking destance from mall road is near and give us a fovour of soothing our spirit and mind. I long to stay in future in Rustic wood .
