I recently stayed at Saffron Stays for one night, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room was not working, which made for an incredibly uncomfortable stay in the hot and humid weather. Despite informing the staff about the problem, there was no resolution or alternative offered till nighttime, leaving us to endure a sleepless in sweltering conditions. For a resort that markets itself as a comfortable getaway, this was a major letdown. I expected better maintenance and customer service, especially given the premium rates. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. Until then, I cannot and won't ever recommend staying here. the only positive experience was the in-room food service which was done by an individual from West Bengal (I can't remember his name), very helpful and courteous, rest of the members were arrogant and of no help.

The place is quaint. Situated on a slope. The rooms are small but adequate. It may get a bit hot in the afternoon even with air conditioning on due to the fact that the tents absorb heat. The bathrooms are hygienic with a great tub. Since there are no places around to eat at limiting your options , we opted to eat all meals at the hotel. The meals were homely and not heavy at all which we liked.

I won't recommend this property to anyone. The place is no doubt beautiful but the service sucks. Hardly any team hardly any manager. The WiFi wasn't working. There was no network. Ac had water sipping from it. Also the location is so dicey and they don't even have a proper direction. Food was average.
