Amenities was excellent, neat and clean. Manager is very much cooperative. As per the requirement would provide the utensils...felt like homely stay. Everything was excellent including ambience, distance from beaches and market is nearby. within ac reach of 1 to 2 kms. Two matters which I am concerned about is that, attender is not active in terms of cleanliness of the room. Only on call they would come and clean the rooms that too only after insisting, attender should be soft spoken as few of them are not good at all (named Azhar)..secondly that room hangers are not their at all. It should be provided.

It was a nice experience staying at Serenova. The people at the reception were so kind. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for everyone. They are so nice and it was a lovely experience staying at Serenova. And about the room it is so spacious and stylish and very comfortable. The hotel give us our privacy which is more important than everything. The room is very neat and the services are mesmerizing. we had every kitchen utensils like fridge,oven, boiler. everything was perfect staying at Serenova. I'd surely select Serenova in future trips to goa. It is near Calangute beach and Baga beach.

Amazing stay clean rooms, house keeping service and location close to all beaches in North Goa. Early check in - subject to availability was allowed. The room shifting to the nearest available room was allowed. In-house restaurant will be an added plus. Swimming pool to be constantly cleaned on a daily basis.
