Why Hotel Pine View after booking Shanti Kunj? Hotel Shanti Kunj is not too bad, they didnt have electricity since two days as confirmed by hotel boy (but manager said it just cut off today only) 'LIE'. I visited hotel room, the room was fine but, you feel suffocated. Hotel Manager took us to another Hotel - Pine View. Hotel Pine View is a good hotel & the service is best & quick, food is good too. I was disappointed by Shanti Kunj room (saffocated, it was not even ready at 8PM), Shanti Kunj Manager didn't disclose that they don't have electricity since 2 days before we reached to hotel (when we spoke 3 times) ...l

dear traveller, this hotel is good but I have rated it low just because I used services like taxi/cab, bike on rent and I found it very expensive for eg. I booked a car to shimla and I found that the hotel manager just booked it for me and took a commission of *********. that was a shock. go to this hotel but plz dont book any further services do it on your own.

That's a lowest star i found for rating. 1st day i should stay in a delux room but hotelier people are entertaining other customers even though they know that you were about to reach by noon time 12 o'clock for check in. Later, in the next day, i was shifted to a delux room. That's a bad service from this hotel. I will not recommend to others for this hotel.

the bed was of poor quality,very hard.half the time no one was available at the reception nd no phone was provided in the room to call reception or room service morning breakfast was not available on time even tea took 30min.need to improve the service

hotel needs a renovation work , things are in old condition, specially bathrooms but manager Mr. Saini is very helpful. rooms are small and amenities are liMited. But hard to get a budget hotel in this rate in Manali.

Wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoy a lot, people are very cooperative, well behaved and room service is also good. Room is well maintained and food is also good but that much testy. Thanks to shanti kunj staff.

Total value for money...had a wonderful time with friends there in shantikunj..The Management is very helpful and deals with the issues of visitors seriously...the food was great too...😊
