very nice stay, romantic, food was good, worth for money, but if you are staying near sea , you should be aware of few things, which are obviously not the boat's fault, but nature's. 1. since it is on the back water which has its own eco system(fish, insects, mosquitoes), you should be ready to see lot of them on your boat too during night. 2. your room is made out of wood, which has lot of gaps for insects to come, you will see lot of spiders, lizards(of different kind). 3. don't expect much during night, enjoy as much as you can during day time only, as you won't find it worth staying so near to the sea. since these are not boat owner's fault, i am rating it as 4star, as service was really very good, only 1star i am cutting is due to the boat location was different from what was written at the time of booking, so had to face some problems to find it in a place where nobody speaks hindi/english. you will have to face some language problem in boat if you are non malayali speaker, but overall it was good.

We booked this houseboat at Alleppey**** bcoz it was shown Premium Houseboat but had a horrible experience with this houseboat. First of all check in happened 4 hours late bcoz of goof up of payment.... We started tcruise at 4.30 PM but owner docked the boat by 6.00 PM and we could not explore more. owner promised to give 2 hours extra next morning but only 1 hour givn for cruise. Also we did not get the room or houseboat which was mentioned in our voucher that houseboat was mere standard houseboat and not the premium houseboat. Rooms were and no cleanliness maintained. Insscts and webs have their stay in rooms. Room was stinking. it was horrible night which we spend in that houseboat.....

We have taken the houseboat for the afternoon trip(Sunset houseboat). The boat was very neat and clean. They provided authentic kerala lunch which I liked the most. The trip was pocket friendly and the owner * helped us all a lot. We recommend Southern Oasis to others as well.

very bad because the boat owner told me that boat will come to Alleppey Finishing point, we wait there, boat not came there so i we cannot enter the boat our money lost , this not good service, i lost near Rs..
