Hotel Sparrow

Hotel is 12km far from pahalgam, Its in no man's land , nothing nearby, you will feel helpless without a car at your service at all times, Rooms are good - owner has spent to build up the property however, Staff is untrained, They have no idea they are running a hotel, No specific person assigned for any job, No Electricity - 90% of the time there is no light in the hotel - they run genset for light till 10pm after that it's your luck if Electricity comes. No Wifi - it's a village so don't expect Wifi I had to do office work, had to relay on Phone data to work for the complete duration of my stay. No Hot Water- I stayed for 2 days , one day the hotel staff said the hot water for your floor is finished so kindly use another room on another floor for bathing - there too there was only burning hot water no cold water for mixing so finally I asked him to fill up 2 hot water buckets , on day 2 I had to bath with cold water only as no one was available to ask for any service until 9am.

under construction, no views, no heater, no local transport, far from main market as it's in a remote place in a village. nothing nearby this property you will feel alone.

Hotel is very Good, Staff is helpful, Room amenities are Perfect. View from room is amazing...Over all 5 star Rating for this 4 Star Hotel.

Good hotel to stay if you are planning to go with family. Staff and food was very nice.
