I book this hotel from different name. Just I reached hotel at night they check-in denied they want extra money for checkin and also says you cancel and book offline. pr other option you book from this name from my hotel. so I call customer care and cancel the booking and book this name hotel for higher rate. then he gave checkin.

The cleanliness is good but room service is poor And TV is not working properly AC is not working properly Door lock is not locking properly so I can't go anywhere because of the lock problem

not clean and not hygienic we even didn't get a blanket, instead they given a bed sheet😖😖😖 we asked for it but there were not paying attention we were fully avoided

I paid for a double deluxe bedroom but sadly it was the worst experience.No clean bedsheets,towels ,the bathroom was in a mess.

As per traffic breakfast is free but Breakfast not provided by hotel, they said kitchen under renovation so no breakfast
