Had booked for Sunstar residency but was checked-in to Sunstar Grand. So my review is for Sunstar Grand. Very happy with staff behavior. Room is a bit smaller in size but I didn't find it as an issue to spend couple of nights. AC was a window AC which could be operated manually without remote was a huge set back. They provide shampoo, soap, shower-cap and comb in bathroom (not tooth brush and paste, just for info in case if you are expecting). Hot water available in the morning and evening (I didn't need as its summer, but as reviewer to let you know) Food was just ok overall with respect to cost (approx, Rs.400 for two). Phulka were awesome, chicken was bad, Paneer (Cottage Cheese) was very good, Dal fry was awesome. There is small restaurant near the hotel which is very good. approx Rs.300 for two. There is a saloon just opposite to the hotel. A medical store and stationary very nearby (within 100 meters). Approx a kilometer from BLK hospital.

The stay was great. The staffs of the hotel were very much co-operative. Room services are provided on a regular basis. Understands the problem of the guest very well. Allows early check-in. The only drawback that one could experience is that for complimentary breakfast one has to another 'sunstar' hotel's dining hall for buffet. It is not that far away to me but one may find disturbing in doing so. Despite of this I must agree that the breakfast dishes are too yum. one gets rewarded for his effort😊. this hotel may have some drawbacks its better to ignore some of them and enjoy your stay at sunstar residency.

The best thing about this hotel is the service quality which is very good they are ready to help you any time, the complimentary breakfast is good with healthy options, rooms are nice specially executive rooms. The drawback is the food ordered from menu is not tasty, not all rooms have bathtub and the blanket provided was thin considering Delhi's cold, although they provided additional blankets but then we expect a single thick one rather than multiple thin one. Overall its a value for money stay and will recommend it.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt very welcome. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!😊😊😊😊😊

Rooms are good and clean. all basic amenities available. staff was helpful. we stayed twice there..on our 2nd booking we got automatic upgrade on the room from hotel.Room service also there and food was good. Overall value for money hotel.

It was a nice clean hotel with all modern amenities. Location is the best in karolbagh. Near Metro station & karolbagh market where you can do shopping. There are lot of good restaurants & fast food joints It is value for money.

Room was good. Managers were very cooperative . Located very near to Metro station, Airport is 14 km, railway station is only 3 km. So it is very convenient to travel . Overall very good
