Recently stayed for a day at Sunview Restaurant on Varkala Cliff, and it was a memorable experience. I stayed in the Illam Room, which was equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including hot water, air conditioning, and an electric kettle. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere, making it a relaxing retreat. The location of Sunview Restaurant is excellent, with an amazing view of the cliff and the pool. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the scenic beauty of Varkala, whether you're lounging by the pool or simply enjoying the cliffside breeze. The service was also commendable. The staff was polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests, making the stay all the more pleasant. Overall, Sunview Restaurant is a great choice for a short stay in Varkala. Stayed on Christmas night, we got free upgrade on the room as a surprise 😍 Gorgeous location and view from resort is mesmerizing, we loved the stay and utilized full time of stay and made many memories. To our surprise, there was a small path (sea side) which was a good evening walk with market kind shops and restaurants at one side and sea at one side. Also, Varkala beach is just 10 min walk on the same beach side road. perfect chill location 😍 will surely recommend this place. we got complimentry watermelon juice on checkin which was nice welcome😍 we had dinner here and it was good (North Indian taste). breakfast was average (do not expect much) but you still have option to give order (chargeable) thanks a lot to Sunview beach resort team for upgrading room for us, it was really memorable stay for us 😍

The property is like piece of cake. The property is looked few meters from beach. But the beach can view can be enjoyed while you are swimming, breakfast, lunch and from some of the roams. There is a swing in the garden for your instagram photos 😉. The food too is awesome. Breakfast - Idli sambar, fruits, bread , omelettes, porridge, juices. We had lunch as it was complimentary in our package. The lunch was super tasty having authentic kerela cusine. The hotel has in house spa too. The swimming pool is clean and you can enjoy the lush green cocunut trees with beach view while swimming. This will be your perfect place for enjoying vacation in Varkala.

Sea side hotel. A point to be noted is cottage rooms are the simplest and smallest ones, then deluxe rooms and the best ones are suites.deluxe rooms are also sea view rooms. Very clean pool. very polite and humble staff. rooms are simple. varkala beach is 6-8minutes by walk on cliff. so many shaks and restaurants nearby. their own restaurant is sea side. overall good experience.

Even during the world time we were very well behaved by the people there but sometimes there were a few problems and it was all done very well by the staff there and the food was done very accurately in a hassle free manner but it was a good place to stay.

The stay was amazing - Staff is very accommodating and helpful. SPA was fabulous. Cliffon Cafe is the best place in Varkala - Amazing food with view. Special Thanks Saheb (Owner) for dropping us to the station through your personal car.

best resort in Varkala. View from resort was simply stunning and food also too good in inside restaurant. We walk through long way in North cliff and this is the best resort with swimming pool. You can see the sunset & beach from pool.
