In Pelling, in my opinion this is the best hotel. Ambience is great, from Balcony kanchanjangha peak is clearly visible, no obstacle at all, rooms are very clean, hit water available round the clock, hotel staff and manager are very friendly, food is awesome, even my 2.5 years daughter ate everything, room service is very good. Most important thing sightseeing car is always available at a very reasonable rate. In summary, staying in this hotel is awsome and I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and relatives in future....nice hotel and service ...keep it up....cheers Thanks and best regards, Abhisek Das As family I really felt safe and pleasant stay.

Hotel was very good for the price. Staff behaviour was excellent. We reached the hotel late at night, Hotel staff called to check on us every few hours and had dinner ready when we arrived. Dinner was delicious, breakfast could have had more options. Only negative is that we were woken up at 6:20 am to ask if we wanted tea. Overall, an excellent experience for a budget hotel, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Food was not good at all...Hotel location is at lower pelling, about 5mins walking distance from SBI Pelling Branch...Hotel staff is quite friendly... we stayed in Room No 401 which has the best Kanchenjunga view from both balcony and inside the room

the hotel is beautifully located. the view is amazing. staffs are very helpful and kind. the manager helped us plan the trip. food is also delicious. even in off they managed to cook food for us. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

overall the scenary from the balcony is awesome and the hotel is also good. The food was also good and the staff were courteous only this they can improve is the sofas at the reception can be maintained in a better manner.
