This was by far the most hospitable staff I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine care. The hotel was neat, clean, and easy to locate. The manager was always available and just a call away, ready to help with anything — truly one of the kindest people I’ve met. The entire staff was incredibly hardworking, soft-spoken, and attentive. They didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile multiple times a day just to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The room had the best view in Manali — overlooking the majestic Rohtang Pass. I couldn't have imagined a more peaceful or scenic stay. The view alone was worth every penny. All in all, the hotel and its services deserve a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to returning this winter!
