It was an average experience. Location wise it is way too interiors, if you don't have your own vehicle you are doomed. We checked in late as we had split our stay, we had to travel from North Goa to South Goa which was almost 63km. Initally room which was given to us was not up to the standard. AC was't working, bathroom was untidy. However, Melissa at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, she gave us another room which was better and clean. Staff was really helpful and friendly, boat ride was adventurous experience. Want to mention our experience at the in house restraunt Treetop Tava, guy name Kiku was a bit oversmart, too biased towards the foreigners, special treatment was given to them. He kept on offering in house stuff to them, from his side. We had to keep on asking for stuff and he was least bothered. No doubt food was good, which eased our anger.

Due to some reason i couldnt stay for 2 days but whatever few hours i have spent in this property was amazing and great hospitality. Amazing cottages next to the river bed.

Absolutely amazing place. The rooms are very craftfully done up - white and yellow hues. Great property next to backwaters that is next to the beach. 10/10
