We booked the luxury suite and we liked the suite very much. It was quite spacious with 2 TVs, one in the separate room and second in front of the bed, as a partition between the couches. The bathroom was pretty big, with a steam bath. The service was a bit poor as we had to call at least four times to ask the staff to bring the toilet roll, which they did not provide in the bathroom. We got the Lotus Suite, which gave an excellent view of the mountains and the entrance of the resort. The overall experience was nice. The receptionist Tahira and bellhop Nazeer were quite helpful.

We stayed here on our first ever night in beautiful Kashmir. Taheral the receptionist was very helpful to us and helped us to book a local cab driver to reach Pahalgam the next day. Atab is also very attentive to the needs of the people staying here. Overall, we are happy to have spent a good night at this place, which overlooks at a giant mountain, which lights up at night time. Very happy. The room was neat and clean and tidy.

3 Hi Our overall room experience at Hotel The Countryside Resorts was not good. Room no. 106. Washroom was having bad smell. Though room service and house keeping staff tried everything to remove the smell. But it was awful experience spending one night there. Bedding was having stains. The staff do listen to the problems and take quick action. Sama and Chef Nadeem provided us good food.

The property is bought by countryside from chinar resort. There is a long way for the countryside to work on the property. The rooms, bathrooms, guest area everything needs a ramp up. It was a okay okay stay but not worth the price they are chanrging.

the property is good worth a stay. slightly away from the city. rooms are spacious and well designed. hygenic with helpful staff. overall a good experience if you are a couple or family travelling. will visit again when i am in srinagar next..

Never seen this type of hotel , very dirty and stinky. Hard to spent few hours here. My kid did lot of vomiting because of dirt . Do not stay here
