i stayed for 9 nights in this hotel along with my family.I must say my stay here is very comfortable in each and every regards. Staff is very polite and cooperative specially Mr. Akram and HOD provides excellent support whenever needed. House keeping and reception staff is also very polite and kind. Hospitality of this hotel is Awesome. Must recommended hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay at Srinagar. Also i would like to Thanks to Goibibo for a wonderful deal and service that they provide to during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Dewan. Rooms were nice and spacious. Food was good. Interiors of the hotel are very royal. It will give you a very royal feel. Staff is very courteous. Mahpara and Akram were on toes and they made our stay very comfortable. Mahpara guided us well with shopping, and sight seeing. She is very informative and was very helpful.

It was really great, they arranged candle light dinner for us as it was our honeymoon trip. If you are visiting Srinagar then it is a must visit hotel. Best in the city. Akram, tanveer and khurshid, all the staff was really supportive.

it was a very good experience, the staff is polite and helpful, service is quick , heaters work super awesome. the hotel is next to shalimar garden. there are many shops located at walking distance. food was also good.
