It was my first experience to have a hotel in BHK fashion & it was an awesome experience. it's a good option for family who usually book 2_3 rooms, they will get 2 or 3BHK. It has a good swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Beach is about 10-15 min away. Food quality and taste is good. Breakfast has limited options, needs to add some local items in menu. My favourite dishes from the hotel are chicken Dum biryani, Tandoori lollipop etc. They have parking facility. Cons: Called to the hotel before reaching there but no one picked up call, finally after so many attempts finally they picked up. At least give a return call to the customers.

The rooms are very clean and service is very good.The staff are very polite and attentive.Buffet Breakfast is good and food in the restaurant also tastes good. The food prices equalent to restaurant prices in Goa. As a family, the room is well set for us.I have travelled with infant and the room,pool and premises are very clean such that I can leave my infant to play without any worries. Best room for a reasonable price.

We had a great experience at Fern Habitat candolim. The location is on spot to hustle bustle of goa yet peaceful. The infinity pool is great. Rooms are large, great for families travelling with kids. Food is awesome even they customize as per your taste. Special mention to Dipti, Sabyasachi and Abhijeet for taking care of us. A great holiday experience one can look for. Large rooms

The location was superb.. Check-in process was smooth.. They have a good welcome drink on arrival.. The rooms are quite good enough.. If you are a family of 4, you can book 2 rooms and enjoy an apartment type experience. Would highly recommend others to visit.

The fern js a good place to stay, with very good, clean and hygienic rooms, the warm welcoming staff. This place is very near the main candolim road and market. The restaurant fold quality is awesome. It was a good experience overall, will surely visit again.
