Just fabulous experience we had with this hotel. Avinash ji and Thakur ji took all care of us. Anything we asked, it was there instantly. Rooms are clean, spacious, excellent views of the snow clad mountain, apple orchard and the whole valley from rooms, fantastic foods in the restaurant, friendly staff... what else one need. On the top of it, room rates are so reasonable and affordable, it will definitely make you happy. Next time I visit Manali, I will stay here for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The scenic view of the mountain and apple orchards from the hotel room was breathtaking. The hotel staff were also very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. In fact, we have already recommended this hotel to our friends and we would love to stay in this hotel again if and when we get a chance to come to Manali again!!

AMIDST THE LUSH GREEN APPLE ORCHARDS, WITH A FULL PANORAMIC VIEW OF MANALI CITY AND NEARBY VILLAGES. COOL NATURAL BREEZE FROM THE SNOWY MOUNTAINS JUST MESMERIZES YOU TO DEEP INTO THE HEART AND I FELT I COULD STAY HERE FOREVER AND EVER. JUST LOVED THE STAY AND HOSPITALITY HERE. WILL COME AGAIN WHENEVER I GOT A CHANCE TO VISIT MANALI.

location was good,nature of manager,staff was good,I booked luxury room as per photos uploaded by hotel but it's honeymoon suite room, disappointed with that greatly!food is average, room service is poor, they charge additional for heater, plug was also not working in room and they don't provide hot water 24hr.

Staffs are very supportive and cooperative. location is very beautiful. around 3km from mall road. rated a bit lower because room heater was chargeable and food quality need to improve a bit. Anyways honestly speaking it was an amazing overall experience staying here. will surely visit again.

Wonderful experience at manali with the help of hotel mountain face as our days started with delicious and healthy food which energised us full day. So foods or buffet was the back bone of the hotel. Love to visit again only because of food and indeed staff was also very cooperative.

It has the best view in Manali region.. you don't have to go anywhere, sit in balcony enjoy the hills opposite and apple orchard! And yes Himachali chicken is the stealer!!
