Stay was average. Had a few bad experiences, but it was promptly resolved by the in-charge person. Would recommend this place for overnight and short stays. Issues - The bedsheet had long hair strands on it, probably from the person who used it before. Although the housekeeping staff claimed that the bedsheets were changed, when I requested they promptly changed it for me. We had included free breakfast in our plan. In the morning when we called up the reception asking about it, a person who attended informed that we have to order it from outside, and that they would deliver it. Once I placed the order and informed him, he was like its difficult to get the order delivered, when told we had included breakfast in our plan, he acted helpless and on insisting he handed the phone over to the incharge person, who then informed that breakfast is included and its getting ready and that it will be delivered to our room in a shortwhile. After which we had to cancel our order placed to this outside hotel. This misguidance could have been avoided had the person who attended initially was informed about their policies. Otherwise stay was okay, small rooms but comfortable. Good for solo travellers/ couples wanting only a short stay or overnight stay.

The hotel location is very good. Staying in this hotel is not recommended and not worth for the money, in this budget you will get very good hotels nearby. they call it a Business Hotel, I am not sure why they call themselves a business Hotel. No proper service, Hygiene, Blankets and Towels not washed well, rooms not cleaned before check in. while booking they said breakfast is complimentary, during stay they provided Combo pack for breakfast which the quality was soo poor. when questioned about quality and freshness, they replied as it was fresh and hot when prepared. Though it's in a good location, I will not recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Vadapalani. Mall and metro are in walkable distance from hotel... Neat, clean and dity rooms 24/7 receptionist are available. Friendly staffs, if you are new to chennai receptionist are giving guidance to visit nearby places... Worth for money

I stayed with family for 6 nights at this hotel. It is a new property and in a silent locality yet very near to the Nexus Vijaya Mall,A2B ,Fortis , Vadapalani bus stand etc. special mention about the Manager and staff who were very definitely recommend this place.

I booked room for my family of 4 members but the suite was for 3 people and we got a extra mattress so its not 2 double beds. overall property is good and staff is polite. It has parking space for 2cars infront of the hotel.

Overall its good compared to other hotels nearby. It's a very new hotel The staff is also good. walkable distance for Qatar visa center. One drawback is room small at this price range.

A neat and clean 'TheParion'. The Manager and the boys are very polite and helpful. The A/C. and other gadgets are working properly. The hotel is easily accessible from main road.
