Being a frequent traveller to Varkala, I can hands down tell that this is the best hotel in the area all of these : - location (it cannot get any better than this, it's right at the helipad) - customer service (a very helpful and friendly lot. they even waived away extra charges that had risen due to a mistake in our booking) - budget friendly The balcony view is not legendary, but hey they have a balcony for this price and the view is over the helipad to the sea. Sunset can be seen directly from the balcony. If I had like one suggestion to the team there, it'd be to put some sort of partition between the balcony areas of multiple rooms. Prevented us from leaving the balcony door open when we went to sleep.

Had a wonderful stay. The room wr neat n clean it's a 3min walk to the beach. Breakfast was Normal but taste was good. All the staff had a smiling face. Mohammad n Arun n other staffs wr really good to us. All had a smiling faces. chef was really good he made nice food n coffee. The food rates wr very favorable to us.neat n clean sheets n bed spread. Over all good stay with family. my kids enjoyed the pool. Should say this to only 5 to 6 cars can be parked at the hotel, you have a helipad to park out of the gate. Rooms n the walk way needs to be furnished, the walkway looks like olden day lodge. Family liked the food, rooms n pool.

Overall, it is worth of money and it was good experience staying at Sanctum. The best part is the location. U can view Varkala beach from the balcony of room and from common area of resort. The resort is very near to beach. The most LIVE area of Varkala is near to resort. U do not have to go far for meals, shopping and transport. U get everything nearby. The swimming pool is very nice. Staff and Management is very co-operative and polite. Just one negative point is that property needs some renovation and maintenance. RECOMMENED to stay here.

Location wise perfect. Near to Cliff, market, beach and helipad. Service and hospitality is excellent. Some improvements can be done such as add on in consumables kit such as slippers, razor, shaving gel, tooth paste & brush. Though with limited options, we enjoyed the food in breakfast. Restaurant facility is not there due to off season. But there are many restaurants at walkable distance on cliff with tasty food. Special thanks to Mr Robi, who personally ensure for the services to the customer and their comfort.

1. Cleanliness-5/52. Hospitality- 5/53. Location and accessibility to beach- 5/54. Room Facilities- 2/5- no electric kettle, no tea/ coffee kit. The hot water was not coming continuously. 5. Breakfast- 3/5- limited options. no fruits.6. Rooms are spacious- 5/57. Outdoor facilities- 3/5- apart from swimming pool, no outdoor games or activities were available. 8. Indoor facilities- 2/5- no lift available. not suitable for old age people who are being allotted top floor.

We loved the place.. it is located in the prime area, with easy accessing to all facilities. Hotel Manager and staffs were so good and considerate.. They listened to our queries and helped solve them immediately. Pool was awesome, Sea view and the surrounding, Cleanliness of the stay was all top notch.. very happy with my choice of opting Santum Spring

Super cool Rooms .. first class A/C ... Hot water facility .. Awesome staff and service.. Free wifi is just amazing.. speed is also good. its my 2nd time here.. and m still loving the stay. Balcony' s are awesome. Soon will give varkala a 3rd visit and already planned to stay here :D

Pros: 1. Ideal location. Opposite to Helipad. 2. Good for family and bachelors 3. Pool is good. But timings 7.30AM - 7.30 PM 4. Value for money. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Cons: 1. Complimentary breakfast is an utter disappointment. Try not to take any food from here

location of the resort is very accessible and having vehicle parking facility, accessable to sea and restaurants good for family, having lone and swimming pool for family, small children can enjoy very much.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Provided all shaving utility, shower cap and toiletries. Swimming pool is extremely good and clean. Location is 10/10. In varkala location can't be better than this.

Location is very good. Property and rooms are bit old. All rooms have balconies and are sea facing. Cleanliness and Interior requires improvement. Location is near North Cliff. All cafes and clubs nearby.
