The Hotel appearance is good but service quality is horrible is people are going for the amenities they are not in condition to use swimming pool is absolute no work because it's cold in weather at the quality of water is horrible if you are looking for Budget hotel you can go for it or else switch to nearby hotels. In my case bathroom drainage system was not working my bathroom was fluided with water even after several complaints they cannot solve it out I was in short of time so I left the hotel. .

Excellent services and Staff. Starting from the warm welcome by the staff in the traditional Indian way to the room, food, cleanliness, behaviour everything was perfect and so delighted. They just gave us the feeling of our Indian culture "Atithi devo bhav". My wife and kid both love the hotel and the hospitality. My kid loves the swimming pool and the kids play area.

Had a Great Experience with the staff so cooperative and friendly and the manager here is so humble and polite loved it.Rooms perfect view,With proper hygiene located at perfect location..lots of love to he hospitality we got..love from lucknow (U.p).

The room wasnt good at all, staff were not welcoming at all, basic amenities were missing, the room and washroom were stinking, the used cups were not changed and were just washed stinking of coffee. I dont recommend people to come here

We took the premium room ...the view was excellent...the hotel is far from main city about 20 min drive to be precise,they have amenities like swimming,foosball, pool,hoverhokey,..food needs to improve,staff is helpful and cordial

all very good. need to improve their fooding. good for stay but 7 km from mall road, that is 30 min and around 400 rupees one way. otherwise property is very good.swimming pool has warm water.
