during the end of april 25 stayed at this hotel, and here's my take: the good - *hygiene and cleanliness*: the hotel maintained high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. the rooms were spotless, and the staff ensured everything was tidy. - *spacious rooms*: the rooms were quite spacious, providing ample space to move around comfortably. - *friendly staff*: the staff was generally good and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. the not-so-good - *no lift*: one major drawback was the absence of a lift. given that the rooms were located 3 floors below ground level, it was quite a hike, especially for those with mobility issues. - *location*: the hotel's location was far from the city and market, making it inconvenient for guests who want to explore local attractions easily. - *limited breakfast options*: the breakfast spread was limited, and the food items available were quite costly. this added to the overall expense of the stay. - *staff training*: while the staff was friendly, they could benefit from training on how to handle customer interactions more effectively. a bit more attention to customer service would enhance the overall experience. overall the hotel's strengths lie in its cleanliness and spacious rooms, but it falls short in terms of accessibility, location, and dining options. with some improvements in these areas and better staff training, the hotel could offer a more satisfying experience for its guests.

This was the perfect hotel for our romantic getaway. The location was quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean, and we were greeted with champagne upon arrival.

The staff made sure we felt special during our stay. The spa experience was incredible, and the private dinner on the terrace was a highlight. We will definitely return for our anniversary next year.

The accommodation was perfectly organized with a comfortable bed, clean sheets and blankets, and a neat, tidy room. Excellent staff service.
