I may not prefer this hotel for my next stay. Like I stayed for two days, they did not refill the coffee tray, water bottle etc. In wash basic & bathrooms water was leaking, there was no rod in the bathroom to hang towels.....The staff is avoiding to help, not very polite and decent. In the cafeteria, only one person is working like taking orders, refilling bowls, picking up plates etc. So you have to spend a long time in a restaurant. When we went for breakfast well before closing time, all the bowls were empty, when I told them, then he started refilling the bowls. I took dinner as part of the package. If your food is part of the package, they give limited thali, no buffet system. It was too pitty. They don't have a parking facility, if you ask about parking they say it is under repair, why so...if they don't have no issue...why bluff...Overall I may recommend before finalizing this hotel you may think. However, the location is excellent.......Its an 'Okay' kind of hotel, not worth the 'amount charged'.

Cons: Frequent power cuts with no power backup complaint about it to Treebo too but no support from them either, Finally had to use my phone flashlight to navigate around For each and every amenity I had to call and remind the folks like toilet pape, glassware etc but they were trying to avoid it by giving lame excuses Dirty rooms with huge bugs all around, even the electric kettle was dirty from inside as hell I had to clean it by a napkin as no service guy was responding Hot water was not available had to use electric kettle for warming the water for bathing little by little Service is pathetic, no one would respond to you even after repeated complaints. Staff doesn't really do anything expect browsing their phones all the time Suggestion: Do not book this hotel at all costs, you can try the restaurant but not the hotel, it is a nightmare for tourists Pro: Food taste n nice restaurant All except restaurant, refer the above text

Feedback of my stay 1. TV was not working, since inform many times noone came to check 2. Tea kattel had fungus inside,looks like it was not cleaned since many days 3. Staff is not professional, no attention, no greetings 4. I have been informed that IRD closing time is 9:30pm, i called at 9:10 , & other side person is saying that we are busy in dinner, can not take order. Only the good part is good maintained safety & security. Overall very poor experience, Need more attention. Thank you

Not a value for money property. It is worth only when you get it around 1.5k in off season. in house restorant food quality was good. but service was ok okay. the location is very good if you want to explore mahabaleswar city & panchagani or i can say near the mahabaleswar little bit far from mapro garden.

Worst Experience. No Hot Water. Only two options for breakfast which were also cooked badly. No proper cleaning of room even after repeated request. Rooms were kept open when keys are given for cleaning and no cleaning done. pathetic service. Not recommended at all.

Hotel Infra Structure is New but mattress and pillow are old .Staff is helpful. Breakfast is for name and 2/3 things are available. So overall good for value but don't expect beyond this . Rooms outside view is good . cleanliness is average

No noise insulation in the rooms. Anyone closing the door nearby wakes you up. Conversation from the upper floor echoes inside the room with the door closed. Frequent and long power cuts.
