pathetic service, I had my checkout time of 11 am, but the staffs continuously forced me to check out around 9 am because they were expecting some guests, I have paid the full payment man, I have full right to stay until the checkout time. Besides that no appliances work in the room, telephone, heater nothing not even TV. The bathroom is too dirty, unwanted loud noise till 11 pm. The price of food is extremely high too. zero star from me. extremely poor and pathetic
