We visited this place for 4 days and were very satisfied with the rooms, location, cleanliness and pool. Rooms are big n cleaned everyday, attached is a small balcony good for everyday breakfast. Location, just a 5 mins walk to calunghute ,10 mins drive to bagha,15 mins to candolim and 20-25 mins to anjuna . Pool was kept clean and is 4-7ft deep, with no restrictions on usage timings. Hotel is covered with greenery and is in a peaceful location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and not at all running after money (unexpected in goa). You can contact staff member named, Shibu for anything you need and you will be helped like a family member. The person running the place,keshav, was again helpful and even extended our checkout time a bit. Overall 5 star for everything. Recommended if u are looking for a peaceful location(for both bachelore and familes).

i was very happy on booking this hotel as it lived to my expectations. All the people that post negative review about this hotel are really cheap and i would like to regard them as cattle class tourist. In all the negative reviews that guest post nobody say how much they were charged for the room. Rooms at this hotel are sold at a discounted price of just Rs 450 taking all the discounts into consideration. The rooms are very clean and big. They have carved furniture with big mattress, a television and a mini refrigerator. The staff are also nice and friendly. I would positively recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

I called the hotel directly to make a reservation as i had stayed a couple of years back and was advised to make the booking through goibibo for the best discounted rates. Truly goibibo gave be a 80% DISCOUNT which was really great. I ended up paying hardly anything for my holiday. Hotel is very nice and clean. It has a decent and clean pool. The rooms were big with an extra large bed cum mattress. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever you need any assistance. The restaurant is outsourced and the food is good. This hotel is really cheap for the price when you compare other hotels in the same location.

The hotel is peaceful. Located in the prime area and Calangute beach is very nearby. The staff were very friendly and you had can hire a bike for rent from a person called jojo who will just be outside the hotel. A taxi ride from airport to the hotel will cost you 950 rupees(Non A/C) There are no direct bus to Baga where the hotel. But if you are short on budget you can catch a bus to Panaji and from there take another bus to Baga.

superbly manage and good hospitality. foods, swimming pool and cleanliness are wow.manager ,chef (sunil) and reception madam are so kind and cooperative..specially chef sunil is brilliant bcz he make and serve in no time with a delicious taste.very near to beach in walking for 5 minutes only..I recommend all specially family and kids.deserve a 5star rating.

Awesome place, very close to calangute beach.It is also surrounded with many good restaurants.Atm and main market is just 5 mins walk. All staff's are helpful and co-operative.The room is spacious with all basic amenities like fridge,AC, wardrobe, place to dry clothes etc.Its very safe for couples and families.Overall it was an amazing experience.

The location was the best. Have stayed here a few times. the garden is very well kept and truly an oasis of greenery. The color of the building is now green unlike the pictures on this site. Rooms and hotel was quite clean and green . Service was good. They allowed us an early check in free which we appreciated.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed our trip very much... Very good room neat and clean with all modern facilities .Staff is very cooperative and friendly.. Excellent service, real value for money.. you cannot ask for more… would like to thank all staff for taking care of us throughout our stay.

Beautiful cosy hotel. It has clean rooms and clean toilets. the pool is clean and big. The rooms have big beds and big mattress. The staff very polite. The hotel rates are very low considering the huge discount from goibibo. Thanks for having us. we had a great time and will be back with our families.
