Amazing property with exceptional hospitality. We initially planned to stay for just one day but ended up extending our stay, thanks to the delicious food at the restaurant and the property's secluded location. The premium rooms on the hotel's top floor offer mesmerizing views of Kanchenjunga and the surrounding hills. However, I personally found the deluxe rooms to have better quality in terms of comfort and amenities. The only difference between the deluxe and premium rooms is that the premium rooms has a view. The highlight of our stay was the on-site restaurant, led by Head Chef Sagar, who gave thoughtful recommendations for every meal. A special thanks to his wonderful team, Sharmila and Pema, for their warm and lively service. We didn't need to look anywhere else for food! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its restaurant and the overall experience.

We booked the suit room for 2 nights. the room was pretty large compared to other suit rooms i have booked in the past. (my guess 1100sq ft) The view from the balcony was amazing, but we were not privileged becuase of the cloud (June 12th pre-monsoon). This is a new property, so everything, from bathroom fittings to bedroom amneties, is new and clean. I had booked my breakfast and dinner. Although it was a buffet, the taste of the food was OK. Anyways we did not visit Pelling to eat food, but to enjoy the nature. Can't complain much. please note there is no lift (in any hotels in Pelling i guess). The suit room to dining hall is a 5 storey stair-climbing affair. Being an athlete i enjoyed it a lot, but if you are elderly couple, you have to order your food to the room.

rooms were good but was small . top room bathrooms have water pressure issue hence water flow was less. every room has own geyser hence according to the storage hot water comes hence we cannot expect continuous hot water. there is no lift .has 3 floors. restaurant at bottom. complimentary breakfast has limited items but all the items are tasty. there was no bar . however when asked for a private space to drink with our own liquor they have arranged and food was also served there. overall stay was good. staff were polite and friendly.

food is very expensive compared to taste and quality.hotel is very far from main market ,you need taxi to go.but valley view is good. stayed for 4 nights they didn't even gave us towel ,after complaining repeatedly finally at day 3 they gave us towel. charged 90 rs for boiled egg ,where other hotel charges same food in 50rs like crasula kitchen in market. rooms are good and large enough hotel is clean.But no lift is there so u have to climb 2 ,3 floors

I would have given it a 4.5 star. Everything is good, the view, the food, the ambience. 3 points I would like to add. 1. The food price is a little bit high. Quality and quantity both are good. 2. We were in room no 301, that's the best room with Kanchenjunga view from one window and hill view from another. 3. This is the last hotel in lower pelling. Keep that in mind while booking. Staff behaviour is really good.

our recent stay at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere and great view of mt kanchenjunga from outside the room. we especially enjoyed the convenient location and delicious meal options. the attenders mandeep, sakil and pema were really great at the restaurant. hats off to the chef for the care towards our toddler.

The hotel located in lower pelling. we booked suit room, room was specious clean. Breakfast was amazing. They are not provided hair dryer. one big problem was arrived in 2nd day.. almost 10 hrs tap water was stopped for technical issues. That was the very problematic situation. They provided water in bucket in that time.

I really liked Dream Villa. If I come to Pelling in the future I will definitely stay here. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Always has a smile on his face. The taste of the food must be mentioned separately. The view of the mountain from the hotel window is amazing.

We stayed in attic room, it's on 4th floor. The view of Kanchenjunga peak is clear from the bed. It was a pleasant stay and the food was also decent. Bathroom can have a bit of ventilation or exhaust.
