Pahalgam is a must-visit place, and our stay was made more enjoyable by the hotel's excellent location. The manager was so polite and upgraded our room, which was neat and clean, adding to our comfort. However, the dining experience left something to be desired. The food was OK, and the service by the kitchen staff needs improvement. The dining hall is very small, accommodating A MAXIMUM 15 people at a time, and lacks both fans and air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the property's location is a definite plus. With some improvements in the dining experience, this hotel could be an even better choice for visitors.

Visiting Pahalgam has always been on my bucket list and staying at Walnut Tree made the experience even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean and cozy offering a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The staff was attentive and polite always ready to help. Whether it was relaxing in the lawn area or enjoying the evening tea on the balcony every thing felt so perfect.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The best part was the staff. They were very helpful and friendly and definitely made the stay better for us. We had a one year old infant with us and the staff made every accommodation for him, including preparing a bowl of sooji for him in the morning exactly as we wanted it prepared.

Best hotel in Pahalgam. Very nice property and well maintained. Big rooms with all modern amenities available here. Value for money stay. Good lawn, ample sitting space. Nice view of greenery and valleys. Food we had at breakfast as well as dinner which was very nice. The staff was also very helpful. Overall very good stay in pahalgam.

Rooms in this hotel was very spacious and the view of mountains from the room was breath-taking. The location is also very good, the behaviour of staff was also very generous. Specially Manager Rouf overe here took care of guests very positively. Special mention for their food which was very delicious and tasty.

Stayed here during the peak of winter and the room heater was a blessing. The room remained cosy despite the freezing temperatures outside. Hot water was available round the clock and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Warmth and comfort in every corner.

Stay was excellent with beautiful view. Hotel is just opposite of rafting point. Staff was very cooperative and polite. We booked deluxe premium room. Room was very nice and cozy. Food was good. There was some food stall available just 2 3 mins walking.
