Woodberry Residency

1. The room 301 was attached with a steel steps where whenever someone walk in steps, your room would be echoed and for sure it will disturb you. you cant even sleep with those sound. this waked me up by 6 AM whereas I am in vacation and slept late around 2AM. 2. There is a common door between two rooms whereas ppl nearby room, kept on unlocking the door. we had complained the reception, they said some kids would have played and they won't be having such disturbance as neighbours will be leaving the next day. the nearby room also kept high volume of sounds and keep on speaking entire night which disturbed a lot. you can hear clearly. we felt unsecured when they tried unlocking the door even it's locked at our end too.its very close to bed so it makes you feel insecure. 3. screens and walls are not clean. screens with some red & black coloured patches could sense it haven't washed for longer period. something got poured in wall and it kept unclean.. it looks bad. we haven't went near that. 4. I came here for studies and before booking I called to the Resort and confirmed about wifi availability. they said it's available. but here , I couldn't even connect any sites with the speed of 0.03mbps. I have asked the resort, they said they have two connections and asked me to try one another for good connectivity. but unfortunately both are same. entirely ruined my plan. 5. A very big disappointed is two seperate cot joined and two seperate blankets for a married couple. bed is too cheap where if you sleep you would go inside bed and can't getup. very cheap quality bed. can't even they provide a double bed and a single blanket?. very poor quality bed. 6. main thing is some person keep on walking out of room and making sounds and walking in steps making the room echoed and we can't even felt comfortable.  THE WORST STAY EVER. WHOMEVER PLANNING TO STAY HERE NEVER EVER BOARD NEAR STEPS ROOMS. KIND ADVICE. I have attached all pictures.. Positive: hot water(both for drinking and bathing). clean bathroom. Near by town. Parking.

Firstly road to hotel is very bad and hotel located at totally isolated place 2) Services provided are very slow they have limited man power person who handle reception he only take care of kitchen and housekeeping work 3) we went with kids and have to take bath in mostly Normal water as water heater was not properly working despite of repeat complaints nothing changed we were there for three days 4) one day in morning on the day of check out there was no electricity for at least 1 hr 5) very limited food menu Good things about hotel is staff is good ,food taste is ok. Market is not so far

It's actually a nice place to stay for a day. The rooms are pretty decent, and the amenities and staff were quite good in their behavior. The only problem is that the place lacks privacy. It's decent enough to stay with family or friends in a formal setting. Thank you, Goibibo, for the recommendation.

Had booked it during peak rush time. Chose a double deluxe room, as no other places were available. However we were pleasantly surprised coz in addition to the room there was a living and dining area too. Huge enough for 2 families even. They cooked us homely food too.
