as here you will get one room contain one bed one table and one chair. No separate bathroom was attached with my room. the was one bathroom among between four room. Bathroom was dirty. Room was not cleaned up-to that level and bed-sheets was also not clean... there was no TV in a room...There was no indication of hotel name on the building. No all-out was provided by owner. No water provide by owner. no shop ND towel was provided by owner. there was no representating for hearing the problem. Room is nearing to airport. I just tell all the things about hotel so please read it carefully before placing of your order.. But I am really disappointed...

worst satay I have ever made. No receptionist,No attendant,AC swich was locked inside a box,room was home for mosquitos and No mosquito replant provided, Narrow bathroom,even u cant move inside that,no hanger,soap, shampoo etc inside bathroom,Extremely spoiled bed sheet,, I was forced to sleep on my owen towel,. Nobody was available to entertain guest. No check in check-out record. Apartment attendant refused to recognize the name of such guest house, anyhow we managed to enter the room after invention of customer care..

The hotel is situated right in the residential spot of Kolkata. There was no restaurant for in house dining. Caretaker handled all of my services very professionally. The stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience. I expected at least free wifi/internet at the property, but it lacked heavily on the connectivity part.

Dont choose this hotel for stay there is no common washroom, room is soo dirty when you complain to hotel staff they will be rude. No ac available in this hotel and they will accommodate you with 3 more guest room. Its a 3bhk appartment and they will provide you one room with common toilet with 2 more other guest.

I wanted to check in at night, they do not allowed me and at about 10:30-11:00 PM they abandoned me at night and start ignoring my call and made as much inconvenience as possible. and also misbehaved with slag language. I want my money back with compensation

They hide the property address...i saw the address in Teghoria , but when i called then they ask me to come in a address in rajarhat. they put me in a room and after no one is there to help. Horrible experience.
