Stay with the Hotel Zaryab all over was a nice experience though there were many problems due to this pandemic and the loss of power connection but the caretakers at the hotel gave their all efforts to make us feel comfortable as there were hot water problems but these two caretakers in hotel were giving their all efforts to provide us the services they even provided us the hot waters in bucket Due to this covid situation there were no guest staying at the hotel and we were only 3 girls who were staying in the whole hotel but we never felt unsafe or unsecured the people here are too good . But the only problems we experience was that we had to take the bath with cold water in chilling weather of Srinagar in December that I anyhow managed but all over it was a nice stay in Hotel Zaryab . You can plan to book hotel with them as their bedrooms are really big,beautiful and spacious,the place ,washrooms everything is hygienic and hotel is quite luxurious and spacious at very affordable price . At the last I would really appreciate the hard work and efforts of these two staffs they are really very nice as from the day one we checked in hotel we were like continuously calling the reception again and again for this that stuffs and complaining again and again but they very genuinely handled our each problem . When we reached the hotel due to the short staff one of two rooms were provided at the time. I will definitely say it was a beautiful hotel with neat rooms but we had to ask for the toiletries and the hot water was a little hassle the service quality is quite poor, you have to wait at least 10-15 minutes even if it is for toilet-paper. MOST of all the WIFI is only limited to outside the room or at the door of the room which is quite disappointing for such a hotel.

hotel is pretty cool , nice spacious room close to Dal lake , hotel staff is also cooperative breakfast is something that needs to be worried rest everything is fine also note return to hotel when you are all done exploring the day as reaching out to local market will be difficult once you will be in hotel. pretty good , since you are in Kashmir to explore scenic beauty only thing you do in hotel is take a nice sleep and rooms are great for that

Awasm stay..Awsm Food cooked by Abbas bhai..he has magic in his hands. Lovely people with lots of warmth in their heart ..All facilities up to the mark .No where less than 5 star hotel. Water Heater Electric blanket kept us cozy during - degree temprature . jitna tararif kro utna km hai. Close proximity to all sightseeing points. If you coming here in Srinagar you cant miss hotel Zaryab in budget cozy feel. Thank You Irfan Bhai .

Location of hotel is far away from main srinagar and dal lake(11 km). Near to Nishat and Shalimar gardens. food was good. Hosts were very welcoming and nice people. but the services provided were not satisfactory like hot water was there for a very short time. proper backup of light was not there. wifi was not good. no tea/coffee maker. it is more of a home stay than a hotel.

I visited Zaryab in March. It's an amazing place. I'd rate them 10/10 in Hospitality, Hygiene, Ambiance, Decor, Food, Facility and Service. The staff is kind, hard working and always ready to help. The rooms have heater, electric blanket, TV, Wi-Fi and Buffet. Even in the dead of the night, they provided medical aid to ailing member of my family. Kudos!

Had a wonderful stay, would strongly recommend the place to everyone. Zubair bhai who takes care of the place is a great gentlemen he went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay ,not only in the hotel, but in the entire trip, he was willing to help everyday with every requirement, difficult to find such persons in today's time.

The hotel is situated very far from Dalgate, the main area of Dal Lake. The amenities are good but the maintenance is very poor. The breakfast options are very limited with just one dish in addition to bread jam.
