Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. And Mr Bharat is a very great and helpful person. The reception person Mr Bharat is a very genuine and helpful guy. And all the staff are very very helpful people.

Decent property with very polite and friendly staff especially Ashok. Least (almost none) restrictions and majority of the required facilities are either provided or arranged by the hotel staff. A little away from the main market area which can be an issue for outgoers but was a benefit for people like us who were searching for serenity and peace. View from the property was quite beautiful. Decent food if you need basics but if you are in search of something fancy, explore the main market. Needs improvement on in room amenities such as toiletries. Overall a value for money stay and recommended if you are searching for a close to 3 star property.

The location of the property was very nice, you can have a nice breakfast while looking at the Aravalli mountain range. Although there isn't a separate restaurant, the food made in the in-house kitchen is excellent. Especially, the Rajasthani Chicken which we consider to be the best dish which we had during our entire trip to Mt. Abu. The staff was eager to help and enthusiastic, the whole staff had good etiquettes. The rooms are good enough, the tents are also comfortable. Overall the highlights would be the location, food, staff and the British era vibes.

Property is beautiful. All the basic amenities are available and staff is great. I read many reviews before booking. Few visitors may have had bad experience but its not that bad. They will try not to give you a reason to complain. Tent was comfortable, they provide heater on request. hot water, tv, service at tent, wifi everything works well. Average rate is 2000 to 3000 without breakfast for tent. if its around this rate just book it. Helping staff. property is located near army area so its peaceful and away from city crowd.

Amazing beautiful tents. Scenic view. Hospitable Staff. Tasty Food. Personal sitting area with each tent. Full of amenities. Families can also easily accommodate these tents. Different kind of stay from regular hotel rooms. Beautiful, scenic and easily accessible. Car parking is also available. For old people, there might be little problem as there are few stairs to reach the tent.

Everything was nice, food is also nice. Property is really pretty. Staff is very good. Tent stay was pleasant. Best thing : View from the hotel is AMAZING. Environment is peaceful. Suggestion to hotel : Please organize some transportation facility on chargeable basis. Or include in the rent only. The stay felt comfortable, and the hotel itself had a great view!

Its a good place to stay in Mt Abu With family or as couples the privacy is well taken care The staff is good and always helpful The location is also picturesque Being an old property there are some hiccups but they aren't much to spoil your stay Overall experience was very good The food quality was also great Silent place

Our tent stay was amazing It was clean Shower was awesome Room service was quick And hotel menu wasn't too expensive But the best part was the peace midst the greenery and scenic views give you best of mount abu can offer We couldn't have asked for more! Good

probably the only property from where every landmark of abu is sighted.......have stayed at other palace hotels in abu also,but this property impressed me various seating areas....food was good......so were Narayan and Mahendra from kitchen

Beautiful property . Just loved my stay there with family. Tents were cosy and comfortable. And food was just amazing, perfect balance of spices. Would love to visit again , pets are allowed so can plan a longer stay next time.
