Q: Who all are eligible to avail the special armed forces fares from Goibibo?

A: Armed services personnel who are either serving or have retired from the active service along with their direct dependents can avail the discounted fares. Anyone who is availing the discount will be required to show a valid Armed Forces ID/Dependent card at the time of check-in at the airport. Failure to show the valid ID will lead to denial in boarding.

Q: What happens if I cancel the booking?

A: In case of cancelation, standard cancellation charges will apply and the discount amount will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if you are making a partial cancellation then your offer will be becoming void only if the booking amount does not meet the minimum transaction requirement to avail the discount. If the booking amount is still eligible, the appropriate discount will be applied to the booking automatically.

Q: Is the offer valid on round trips?

A: Yes, the offer is applicable on both one-way and round trip booking for armed personnel and their dependents.

Q: Can I avail special armed forces fares for international travel?
