We booked executive room. Rooms are quite small but it's ok for me. But rooms are well decorated, well cleaned and also give you a premium feel. Bathroom was cleaned. All other essential items for bathroom are there, like toothpaste and brash, shampoo, soap, hand wash and towel. Staff members are well professional and good in behaviour. Also there was a resturant of Banyan tree express, you can order food anytime. But the price of the food was bit high. We don't order anything, so we don't know the quality of the food. Also, there are free wifi service, a tv, an almari, a locker service and free two 500ml water bottle. If you ok with small room, then it will be great stay. I will highly recommend this hotel.

very nice and cleaned room. nice front office staff.room service people also very polite and professional. i booked 3 days for this hotel but i reached hotel around 8 am for which the front office person charged me 500 extra for early check in which i think should be even the room is available.thu sea bad experience

The location of the property is not that great. The rooms are too small. There was table or chair in the room. Infact they cannot keep the chair and table in the room because it is too small. The breakfast is also not buffet so you don't have much option. Though the staff is good and courteous .

The owner of hotel so humble and helpful.. It was great experience with stay with this hotel. Actually its our 2nd time visit.Room was specious n clean also room service was good.Last bt not the list complimentary food quality n taste was good.. Moreover,our trip was amazing. Thank you

The stay was pleasant. Rooms are very clean, no stains in linen. Washroom also very neat and clean. The room size was small and would have preferred if it had a small table chair for some work or to have food. But overall an excellent property with great staffs.

Room is good. Receptionist were cooperative. But the Breakfast buffet was worst. We were three people stayed in that hotel. Extra bed they have provided was so much hard which was hard to sleep at night. Rest Location is good. I will give 3 star out of 5.

location wise hotel is good.Staff behaviour was also good. food was tasty. only one disappointing things was the clumsy and small dimension rooms in this price segment. The rooms should have been more widely spaced. overall nice experience 8/10

Don't get carried away by any negative remarks. Stayed during Durga puja, cost me around ₹1800. (Which is quite economical during puja days) Location - Hygiene - Hospitality everything was great..❤️ Safety, Location, Quiet ambience.
