Disastrous Experience at Ann's and Tom's Lake View ResortI recently had the displeasure of staying at Ann's and Tom's Lake View Resort, and I must say it was a complete nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it became evident that this resort was far from what we expected. Here is a comprehensive list of the numerous issues we encountered during our stay:1. Lack of Electricity: The resort was plagued by frequent power outages, leaving us without electricity for extended periods. This made it impossible to charge our devices, disrupted our plans, and created an uncomfortable environment.2. Insects and Earthworms in the Bathroom: To our horror, we discovered insects and earthworms crawling around the bathroom. This unsanitary condition was extremely unpleasant and left us feeling disgusted.3. Cockroaches in the Self and Rooms: The presence of cockroaches in the resort, including the self and rooms, was utterly unacceptable. It indicated a lack of cleanliness and proper pest control measures, causing extreme discomfort and anxiety.4. Smelly Rooms with No Ventilation: The room we were assigned had an unpleasant odor, indicating poor maintenance and lack of proper ventilation. It made it difficult for us to relax or get a good night's sleep.5. Excessive Dust on Bed and Mattress: The bed and mattress were covered in layers of dust, suggesting a lack of cleanliness and neglect from the housekeeping staff. It was highly unhygienic and made us question the overall hygiene standards of the resort.6. Room Given to Someone Else: To add insult to injury, when we confronted the management about the issue, they informed us that our room had been given to someone else. This level of disorganization and mismanagement is inexcusable and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism.7. Unhelpful Staff: Despite our grievances, the staff showed no willingness to assist or rectify the situation. When we asked for help to deliver the promised lounge to our room, they ignored our request and displayed a dismissive attitude towards our concerns.8. Risky and Unclean Path to the Room: The pathway leading to our room was treacherous, filled with obstacles and debris. It posed a significant risk to our safety and highlighted the neglectful maintenance of the resort's premises.9. No Cell Network or WiFi: The resort failed to provide any cell network or WiFi connectivity, leaving us completely isolated from the outside world. This made it impossible to stay connected or address any emergencies that may have arisen.10. Inaccessible Complaint Section: Adding to our frustration, the resort's complaint section was inexplicably turned off. We were unable to voice our concerns or submit a formal complaint, as the lack of network connectivity prevented us from accessing any services.In conclusion, our experience at Ann's and Tom's Lake View Resort was an absolute disaster. The numerous issues, ranging from the lack of electricity and rampant insect infestation to the unhelpful staff and absence of basic amenities, left us feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and regretful of our decision to stay at this resort. We strongly advise against choosing this establishment for any future stays, as it fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

I had a bad experience with this hotel. I booked 2 budget rooms for 2 couples... it was mentioned as 2 adults will be allowed per room. When I reached there, the owner said, the budget room is a single room, and they can only allow one person, and he was very adamant. He was not at all ready to allow 2 persons.  the owner argued for a long time, and after waiting for more than half an hour he allowed us to stay.. The bed linen was not as clean as they supposed to be. We did not get hot water, and their answer was some problem with the solar system, and it will be ready by morning, but during my 2 day stay, the problem not solved, and they gave us a heater, to keep in a bucket and heat the water. One more thing, there was no cook in the restaurant, and they told us they will arrange food from an outside hotel, but they took more than 2 hours, and served us around 9:45 p.m. Its a big resort , and worst thing is only 2 people work there, and they have to take care of every thing in that hotel. The only good thing is the place is awesome.

It was a fantastic experience,eco friendly premises & a 24x7 pool facility.
