Hotel Aruna International

The Hotel is good. But the charges for water and tea is very high. Say for instance for 1 bottle mineral water they are charging Rs 35 when you get Mineral Water at Rs 15. They say that this is the charge in their area. I had no time for arguments with those people. For tea charge is Rs 33 per cup. As I had a function near there, I chose the hotel. For Bachelors I recommend the Hotel. Only if you have occasions in Pondy Bazar or T.Nagar, you need to book a room there. Otherwise there are plenty of hotels in other areas of chennai. . Location wise it is ok, but budget wise it is not ok. Good Room Service.

staff behavior is rude, ac not working properly, cleanliness is an issue I checked in on 26th ,reached at 8 am n requested them to give early check in n they did it, but on 28th 7 am they told me that I have to vacate the hotel at 8 am bcz u checked in at 8 am on 26th or else u have pay for one day charge I checked out and waited 2 hours at reception n during that time my wife wanted to go to washroom but rudely they told we do not have common washroom I requested them to open one room but they rudely refused suggest avoid to stay in this hotel

front desk behavior is very bad, initially given room no 116, but ac was not working , they confirmed me once u bk ac will be ok. in the evening they told me ac has not been repaired, u have to shift from first floor to ground floor, lady at counter told me that u have no choice, or pay more for 1st floor room deluxe. maintenance also poor n no complement water n no restaurant better to avoid this hotel when u r traveling with family

Pathetic.... the rooms small and congested with insects n cockroaches roaming. Linen for bedsheet n towel old n dirty. Bathroom doors damaged from below.... tried 2 rooms still wasn'thappy so stayed a single day n cancelled remaining booking here. Strickly not for families
