I have stayed almost more than 10 days n nights here from time to time . pros. 1.Located at the heart of Narengi, good to get anything required instantly from the market. 2.Well good mannered and friendly staff . 3.Basic amenities available like tv, ac, hot water in the bathroom, etc. Cons 1.Condition of the hotel is not that good. 2.Hotel is old, 1500 is not at all justified. 3.Condition of Bathroom utilities is the worst. 4.Hotel provides old bedsheets/blankets, needs to be changed.. overall hotel is good to stay just need a few rectifications and maintenance.

Room was ok. Had TV and AC. Washroom also clean. But only problem was the noise. Couldn't sleep until late at night. The staff members outside were playing music on their mobiles and even the TV at loud volume. They reduced the noise after i told them we were unable to sleep but soon started again. Very bad experience

Very friendly staff,good service, almost all amenities were good,But bed sheet was a little bit dirty,so i had use my own bed sheet.Trouble-free check in,needs Proper ID proof, Friendly for unmarried couples,Nice complimentary breakfast provided.planning my next visit soonand yes fare is a bit costly 🙂🙂

It is decent enough. Delux was quite resonable and got free filling breakfast and the rooms were clean and well managed and the staffs were quite responsive and cooperative. Overall had a good time at my stay in Ashiana guest house .

The hotel was decent at the price . It needs proper restoration, bathroom amenities were not good. Shower was supplying less water as a few of its holes were choked. But the behaviour of staff was good and polite as usual...

worst experience. it's an old hotel. bedsheet & everything was old & dirty & mainly the manager's behavior was very bad. rude, never recommend this hotel.
