Nice place at a budget price. Mr Kalpa Mani Das, the Manager is a humble person. He takes care of the guests well. Prepared and delivered the food on time. I have stayed with my family in a 4 bed accomadation. thanks There are two spacious rooms with ac and individul bathrooms. I'm liked the stay. cons: one of the Bathroom fitting is shabby and shall be refixed. and floor leakage shall be fixed. pro: Mr Kalpa and his service is excellent

The ratings says it all. To me the property is flawless. We got what a non ac room should have, like tv, dustbin, clean bedsheets, fully furnished room, geyser and clean toilet. The host Mr. Kalpa is a very helpful and soft spoken guy and will definitely help you out as much as he can. The staffs are also nice & warm and well equipped. Also dont miss the food, made by Kalpa Da himself. You can ditch outside food and should dine in.

Very Nice hospitality, staff are so helpful, feel like home, Room are big with Ac. private small kitchen with Induction. so that small things you can cooked yourself there is Nice Balcony from where you can see nice Market view. for me I'm fully satisfied with the homestay loved to visit Again in future also. 5 It was a pleasent stay. The owner and stuff was nice. Rooms were clean and decent at this price. It is definitely best option for solo travelers for a night stay at Guwahati. Self driving car/bike available in the next bylane at a walking distance.
