First check in was good, all the amenities were available as mentioned...We booked the room for two days..After 1st day , due to some domestic purpose i had to go to home..but I informed in the reception that if my problem gets solved i will be back to my room .If I don't return then check it out... since my booking is for two days..After 3hrs approx when i called back to reception they denied me in giving the room and said they already checked it out..After several requests... manager said me that you have to book another room in which i will give you more discount..after our arrival the price of other room is much more higher than our previous booking...After that i had to go to other hotel and stayed the night there...so my question is that why my booked room is given to other person !! when my booking is for two days? Really disappointed 😞..

I have found this a Good Hotel to stay with good size room. Could not get chance to taste their Food as I checked in very late and had to check out early morning. As a business traveller, it is always convenient to have good location of the Hotel near Airport for late night or early departure Flights for which this Awesome Palace is perfect fit. Moreover they also provide Complimentary Airport Pick and drop Service.

It was a good stay. Location is near the airport which is really convenient for travellers. I ordered food which was not upto the mark. I used one carbonated water which they charged Rs 200/- and the price was not printed on the bottle. when I asked them the front desk gave me answers which was not satisfactory. AC was not working properly in the night. I could feel unprofessionalism in dealing with issues.
