hotel is nearby mall road walking distance..rooms were good as this is newly constructed property and has good underground parking space but the quality of food was very bad having no taste and some of the items from food menu was unavailable.Also the room service was poor as they didn't clean room daily and even after informing bath towels weren't changed for 2days. only pros is the location of the hotel and good room quality with new furnitures.

Easily accessible and has parking facility. Very near to mall road. Hotel is new and all the facilities are clean and neat. No lift/elevator though. Food is average. Tap for hot and cold water mixing is not good, either you get very hot or very cold water but not good mix of both.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. It was clean room with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Location is good. Just 5 min walking distance to mall road. Rooms were neat & clean. Just charges for heater was too much. They were charging 500 extra for heater. While charges in other hotels are only 200-300 Rs for same kind of heater.

good experience near to mall road parking space available but view from window is same as we stay in metro city. so if someone wants nice view from window then try other options but hotel is excellent and staff is cordial.

Hotel is very close to mall Road and all other attractions points to visit, staff was cooperative, but hotel don't have lift and rooms don't have fan or AC. overall happy with stay.
