No covid protocol is followed from the reception to the staff no one is wearing a mask after I was allotted the room after a wait at post 12.30 noon when I went to the room was told that the tv is not working, the ache is also not working asked for another room they said it was full when I was sitting in the reception area I. e. as I had come at 11 and was told I can check-in only after 12 fair enough though are the rules I waited many rooms were allotted to walk-ins room had no proper curtains the window there were gaps and anyone could see in your room more over the floor was wet and remaining wet and slippery the staff were prompt to come and ask me if I needed any alcohol, etc since I was not happy with the rooms, was very scary I being from goa immediately called my friends who came and picked me up and left I booked the hotel for 3 days but I left yesterday without staying a single night, saddest part, was disappointing. I would never recommend such a hotel and for those reading please see that you don't go to such budget hotels pay etc nothing is more valuable than your life. I was here in goa on some official work.

worst hotel.doesnot recommend to anyone.if your budget is low still don't choose this hotel. owner is very rude.TV is not working. hot water is not available in bathroom.you have to take cold shower even in winter. they don't do room servicing everyday.it is done before and after the checkout. Bed is of worst quality. you will not get good sleep on it. TV is not working. Sometimes electricity is not there and they also don't have any Inverter or generator. please don't stay here. you will get far better options in this budget.

Pathetic rude staff service and room quality are damn poor. They are ready for fighting if we complain anything. Not recommend to anybody please don't waste your money in booking this third class property. It's dirty not higenic at all. It worthy of 0 rating. No extra beds provided linens are dirty and damaged not higenic bathroom are dirty. Water is leaking from everywhere in the bathroom no hot water.

hotel is not providing a basic commodity such as towels and soap. No hot water available. no tv service available. the staff is not at all helpful and not responding. very rude answers. dirty linen.
