I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at Celebritti, manali and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We paid a hefty amount expecting a comfortable stay, but what we received was far from it. Here's a detailed account of our nightmarish experience:1. Unprofessional Staff: From the moment we arrived, the staff was completely uninterested in assisting us. They were constantly on their phones, ignoring guests and acting like we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.2. Dirty Rooms: Our room was filthy. It was evident that the cleaning standards were non-existent. The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom was unclean, and there was dust everywhere. It was disgusting and far below the standard expected of any hotel, let alone one charging such high rates.3. Amenities: We booked the "Super Deluxe Room," which was supposed to come with a range of amenities. However, we were treated no differently than guests in the most basic rooms. null of the promised perks were provided, making the high cost of the room completely unjustified.4. Terrible Food Quality: The food was not only terrible but also a health hazard. They reheated fried food that was clearly old and tried to pass it off as freshly prepared. Both my partner and I fell ill after eating at their restaurant. This is completely intolerable and poses a significant health risk to guests.5. Deceptively Good View: The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the view from our room. However, a good view does not compensate for the deplorable service and conditions we experienced.We were charged an exorbitant amount for this unmaintained, poorly managed hotel. The management should be ashamed of the way they are running this place. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

As a normal customer, booked this hotel for 5 days. But the reality is that the hotel is in very bad condition. First of all the hotel is very far from Mall road and even a little too far from old manali. The rooms are very spacious but feels old and the TV is very small. The wifi was unstable and in night there was literally no internet. Don't think of doing work from home here. oThe view from our balcony was great too because we asked for it but you might get a view blocked by trees. And there were many houseflies in our room which made our stay very uncomfortable. We complained many times about this to manager but no proper action was taken. The complimentary breakfast items were very limited. Only 2-3 items available no buffet system. The staffs were well behaved but many facilities were lacking. We had to stay their for 5 days because we made prepaid booking and it was non-refundable. Even the hotel owner denied of giving any refund. So I would suggest if you are planning to stay there first go and check the room yourself, clarify all your doubts and only then book the room. Verr far from normal market. No welcome tea kit. Limited breakfast. Expensive menu items.
