If you are coming by bus in Manali then this hotel is not for you especially in peak seasons. There is no nearby auto/taxi stand. You need to spend most of the time to search Auto to go to nearby Mall Road which charge you approximate double then normal rate. And if you come back to hotel from any area in Manali then the auto searching is like a Hell to reach this place. There is no provision to provide the pick & drop from hotel. The Wi-Fi is very bad inside the hotel. I think the user session limit is less on it and it doesn't reach to all 4 floors. The hotel has total 3 breakfast menu which repeats from 4th day. The restaurant food is average. I travelled with family and initially got the room on 2nd floor (201) which was so small like when you enter it finishes. Also, from the room window some peoples were sitting to the next hotel balcony so need to very cautious on the clothes changing. So, we requested them to change the room which they did and provided room on 4th floor with bad Wi-fi. We complained them 3 days continuously on the bad Wi-Fi but on the last day they offered us to change the room which was like a joke. One day on the return from Rohtang Pass at 2:30 PM, we were waited long at the reception because room was not cleaned. How someone can wait for room who woke at 3:00 AM? I would strongly recommend choosing hotel nearby Mall Road who is coming by Volov/Bus from Delhi and other states.

Rooms are spacious as well as clean.Hotel is located in aleo which is 5 km away from mall road. It is located in a peaceful place away from the crowded mall road.The food provided in the restaurant is good enough for a remote place like manali.Staff of the hotel is well behaved.

Good Hotel but not as per 4 star rating. Water pressure to Low, Door not closing properly. staff is less and services is slow. quality of bathroom also average. our one room wash basin mixer not working properly, no help from staff. not recommended to stay

Good : Room size and cleanness. Staff behavior. FoodBad : Cannot lock and washroom.from inside. All the lock options are broken. Room and washroom handles are broken. No toilet paper, no menu card in room. Parking area is very congested.
