I stayed at hotel Crystal inn in maunt abu on 21/22 june.The Hotel is Very clean and staff is also courteous. Location of Hotel is very beautiful, Walking distance from Nakki lake and market. I booked the hotel through GOIBIBO. My mistake was that I booked for July instead of June. But the hotel manager Mr.Devendra Singh helped me for get my date correct. Thank you Devendraji. Although in such times, most of the hotels take advantage of the compulsion of the customer and take money, but this is not the case here, thanks to the management of Hotel Crystal Inn. Along with this, I am also grateful to Mr.Popatbhai for working sincerely on his behalf and helping me. I will definitely stay in this hotel next year.

It was a very pleasant stay at hotel Crystal Inn Mount Abu. I visited there with my family. Manager Devi Singh ji is a very polite, nice human being. He took good care of us to make our trip comfortable like arranging cabs, guiding about tourist places according to our time schedule. Rooms are very good with modern amenities. Nakki Lake and market with restaurants is just 100 meters. Recommended.

one of the best hotel with good service and excellent hygiene. near to market and Nikki lack..Nikki lack is walkin distance and by stair u can directly access the Nikki lack..good food Quality and owner and staff behavior is very nice..I will strongly recommend this property..blindly u can book this property without any second option.

The experience was awesome, the hotel staff was very courteous and humble. The manager, mostly is a very humble and helpful person. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and the hotel location is also good you can see part of the lake from the terrace. Parking available but very for a few 4 wheelers. Done
