TV didn't work as dish wasn't recharged. Bed sheets were not clean and blanket had holes in it. Room had spider webs and dust all around. No cupboard was given. Did not have food inside and we had to get it from outside. The attendant was good and tried his best to make is comfortable but he couldn't do anything as there were no resources. Before reaching, tried to contact the hotel, but number given didn't work. Tried to cancel the booking through Goibibo helpline but they didn't answer 5 times and later told that booking is non refundable. The representative was rude and didn't provide any proper help. All in all, it was a sure shot forgettable experience. Always book hotels after checking multiple reviews from multiple sites.

As an american India was totally different experience for me, i stayed four days in de rock inn with my family i found this place safe and clean staff was friendly,food was awesome we had a great time there.

The staff was very supportive and was always at help .. one of the best budget hotels i have been to.. only constarint is there is no lift , which is manageable.. overall i recommend it..
